Last updated: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tajallius LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“Tajallius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you visit tajallius.com or contact us through the website.
Information you provide
When you select “Start a conversation,” your device opens your email application. We receive the information you choose to include in that email, such as your name, email address, organization, and message. The website does not currently include a contact form or account registration.
Information collected automatically
WordPress.com and other service providers supporting the website may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and improve the site. This may include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral information, timestamps, and security or diagnostic events.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested information or services, operate and secure the website, understand site performance, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your information
Tajallius does not sell or rent personal information. We also do not share personal information for third-party advertising. We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us operate the website or communicate with you, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or services.
Service providers
We rely on service providers for website hosting, content delivery, security, email, and related operations. These providers may process the limited information needed to perform those functions under their applicable terms and privacy practices. The website is hosted on WordPress.com, an Automattic service.
Cookies and similar technologies
Tajallius does not currently operate its own advertising-cookie program or user accounts on this website. WordPress.com and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for hosting, security, traffic measurement, preferences, and reliable delivery of the site.
Data retention and security
We generally retain email inquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last communication, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, or comply with law. Technical and security logs are retained according to our service providers’ settings and only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Records required for legal, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes may be retained for the period required by applicable law. We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle and review those safeguards as our practices evolve.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it, including exercising a right to erasure where applicable; restrict or object to certain processing; request a portable copy; or withdraw consent when processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to an appropriate privacy regulator.
Tajallius does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. To submit a request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary to respond to your request or take steps before providing services, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent, or for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, and improving our website and communications.
International processing
Tajallius is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. If our services expand to involve personal information governed by international-transfer requirements, we will update our practices and this notice as appropriate.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
